As a special reward in 2009 for our Club Swiss Gold Elite members, we wish to introduce an exclusive benefit available at all of our properties worldwide. Aptly titled 'Yours for an Hour', the benefit means just that! Each Swissôtel would like to provide you, if you have time, with an additional treat during your stay.

Always wanted to mix an awesome cocktail, impress your partner with your new found cooking skills, or just fancy a game of tennis but need someone to play against? When you are next at any of Swissôtel’s 28 destinations, reserve a little 'me time' and learn a new skill or have a behind-the-scenes peak at our world. You will be given a list of treats available when you reach your room, and you can take your pick. Please let us know how you got on.

Each Swissôtel will provide its own distinctive list, here are a few examples:

• Swissôtel Lima:

  lobby bar
• Swissôtel Nai Lert Park, Bangkok:

New Flexible Redemption Options

Originally just exchangeable for an upgraded Room, with effect from 1 February 2009, Complimentary Upgrade Vouchers have been renamed as ‘Advantage Award’ and can now be exchanged for an upgraded room, breakfast or internet access.

Similarly, Complimentary Room Vouchers have been renamed as ‘Premier Award’ and are no longer exchangeable for just complimentary room nights but also for a three-course dinner for 2 in any Swissôtel participating restaurants.
