| How do I enrol as a Club Swiss Gold Classic member? |
Guests can sign-up online for the Club Swiss Gold Classic membership. For initial enrolment, members will only be issued an online Classic membership card sent via email, valid for 12 months.
To qualify for lifetime Classic membership, members will need at least three or more qualified stays at Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts or have stayed with us at least eight nights within 12 months from effective enrolment date. Upon conversion, members will be issued a plastic Classic membership card.

| What is considered a qualified stay at Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts? |
A stay is defined as consecutive nights in the same hotel regardless of the number of check-ins/check-outs that may occur.
A qualified stay does not include groups such as meetings, tour groups, airline crew, conventions, incentive; travel agent voucher stays; special packages like long-stay guest package and complimentary and award stays. |

| What is a Advantage and Premier Award? |
The Advantage and Premier Awards supercede the Upgrade and Night certificates in February 2009. Awards are issued based on room-nights accumulated within a calendar year and members can earn up to a maximum of four of each Awards per year.
Members will be notified by email on a monthly basis once they have accrued any Awards.
Advantage Award (Formerly Room Upgrade Certificate)
For every five room-nights transacted at qualifying rates, members will be issued an Advantage Award. Each Advantage Award entitles the member to one of the following:
- A complimentary room upgrade for 2 consecutive nights during one stay, or
- 2 complimentary breakfasts per stay
(either 1 breakfast for 2 people or two breakfasts for one person), or
- One 24 hour period of complimentary internet access (non-cumulative)
As an added privilege to Club Swiss Gold Elite members, they will receive a Premier Award for every 10 room-nights transacted at qualifying rates.
Premier Award (Formerly Room Night Certificate)
For every 10 room-nights transacted by an Elite member at qualifying rates, they will receive a Premier Award. Each Premier Award entitles the member to one of the following:
- A complimentary room at any Swissôtel worldwide, or
- A three-course dinner for two people with a bottle of House wine in any participating Swissôtel restaurants, or in-room dining options
